* Job entails: Caring for 8-12 top quality dressage horses & a few retirees 5 days a week from 6am-4pm.
* Duties include but not limited to; grooming, tacking up/untacking, feeding, therapies, etc.
* Must have experience! Looking for someone who is a team player and knows how to handle horses, groom & tack up, hard-working with a positive attitude, self-starter, trustworthy, and dependable.
* Any experience working with water treadmill, FES, and/or ice spa are a plus!
* Willing to travel to shows & Florida.
* Needs to have their own form of transportation.
* Pay based on experience.
* 10 days PTO & health insurance.

Here at IRD, we believe cross-training is an important piece to keeping our horse's bodies and minds happy and healthy. What does cross-training mean for us? It means we give our horses a break from the classical dressage training and exercise/condition their bodies in other ways like; lunging, ground-work, cavaletti training, aqua-treadmill, or trail riding. We make individual programs for each horse and select what would suit them best for their current training needs on a weekly basis. Cheers to longevity and happy & healthy horses!
